Meet Clavell & Hind, a micro-brewery inspired by two of England’s most infamous highwaymen. Travelling the coaching routes of the south west, these daring robbers would celebrate their wins and drown their sorrows at inns and public houses along the way.
Branding, storytelling and point of sale

My brief was to develop a brand that would work online, in pubs and in retail. I wanted to reflect the daring spirit of these historic highwaymen and the bold tastes of the lovingly brewed beers. I created a brand with real attitude, colourful and engaging, but with an air of sophistication to reflect not only the riches they made, but the people they robbed.  From label design, to pump clips and point of sale, the new brand has proved a real hit. ​
